Where we can download Offline Installers for Edge Stable (not Enterprise installers) ?

AFAIK there is no difference between Enterprise and retail versions

I can't find any info that says otherwise, maybe one of the developers can confirm this?

that link is for Enterprise versions, and in Enterprise versions Auto Update feature does not work, that is the difference with Retail version, same as in Chrome.

I need offline installer for Retail version, not for Enterprise.

I tried the Enterprise offline installer and it did auto update.
I myself watched it getting auto updated 2 times on Windows 10 pro.

There is no different between stable retail and stable enterprise. only the latter has got an offline installer which you can download from the link below:
