If you were or are missing the new NTP stuff, it IS in today's Canary Update. Dev updated today, as well, but, still, has the 'old' NTP. Canary Version 79.0.293.0, the NTP controls will look like this...

Bruce, yes, yes. Allow me to explain... it was/is a Controlled feature Roll-out plus, it hit a delay, a wee snag, so... it did not go to everyone in Canary simultaneously nor has it gone to everybody simultaneously in Dev, either. It's just a matter of time.
For example, I just received it in today's Canary whilst, others had it in Canary before me. But, yes, I know it is (coming) in Dev, also; as for some it's, already, there & that's great.
