Welcome Page Missing

Hello Insiders,

Today, when updating Dev, I noticed that the welcome page was missing. It lead me directly to edge://help, the page that I had open when updating.

Hope you can solve this issue.

Bugs are sent via feedback button on Edge.

I didn't talk about my opinion.
