Is "WTHR" a bug or due to space restriction?

The font should be smaller and I'd recommend spelling it WEATHER instead of WTHR.

EDIT: It is not due to space restriction because in fullscreen news it is the same.

It's on Edge stable too,
set your new tab page settings to show news feed, then scroll down and it should be there,
if it's not then it can be a controlled feature rollout and not available to everyone just yet.
