Vertical bookmark bar

My laptop and my desktop both are widescreen. I have more screen real estate at either side of the screen. To take advantage of that, it would be great to have a vertical bookmarks bar instead of horizontal.

@Lucian Franghiu @Elliot Kirk - Can you please pass this mockup to the edge team?  When using Vertical tabs, it would be really nice if the bookmarks bar could be vertical as well.
