I have been using using Microsoft edge for some time in web developing. now my problem is that when i open developers tool for my test purpose i cannot use CSS features like hovering and animations because instead of appearing cursor some black controllers appear and it does not allow me to hover . I have to close the developers tool to see if my hover and animations are working or not .can anyone help me fix this issue ?
