[UI Bug]Omnibox has permanent blue border

I have set the focus the ... menu but still omnibox has a blue border. I am changing tabs writing this articles but looks like the Omni box will remain blue till the next update.

I found the repro steps.

press F4 and switch tabs with CTRL+Tab.

It is completely random.
