Tooltips not working on latest update

I'm pretty new to all this, so forgive me if it's a simple issue, but since I last updated Microsoft Edge Canary, the CSS tooltips have stopped working. And I never realized how much I relied on the text that pops up when you hover over a link.

Is there a simple fix I'm missing, or is it an actual bug?

It seems to be a bug in all of the 110 versions. Unfortunately, this bug has carried over into the current Dev channel release. I couldn't find any setting that related to tooltips.
