When Switching To Full Screen The title bar and address bar don't show properly..

Yes, and it also freezes the browser for a few seconds. 

Printscreen of 3 different strange behaviors in full screen mode:

1) top bar like yours:

Yep,you're are right and in mine it froze for almost 10 secs...

The Issue Is Fixed Now. It Is More Smoother. Go And Look Yourself. By The Way Here's A PRTSRCN Of the Window
