The Settings and more menu list is getting crowded

As seen in the screenshots above, with the new addition of show sidebar that show a sidebar that is nothing useful to me, the Settings and more menu list is getting crowded and now required to scroll. @josh_bodner @MissyQ The developers should take a look at this and redesign the UI to more user friendly. 

Any community members that are familiar with UI design maybe able to place some useful recommendations to the developers.

the entire top group is useless. favorites, collections, and history can be rolled into 1 thing. same with share, web capture, print, web select. IE reload shouldnt be there at all. in settings make IE reload an optional second reload button on the left of the top bar next to the other reload button. settings should obviously be at the top
