Tab Hover Cards and Tab Hover Card Images flags gone in 87.0.626.0

The Tab Hover Cards and Tab Hover Card Images flags have disappeared in today's Canary 87.0.626.0.

I really hope this is an error you will correct as it's a great feature, especially with enough tabs open to make reading the tab titles hard. (Please note: I have NO interest in the vertical tabs that have been mentioned - for me the Tab Hover Images feature is THE way to see which is which with many opened tabs.)
