Suggestions about download bar

Hello everyone. I came with a few suggestions about downloads bar (panel).

1) Context menu inconsistency

There is icons in all context menus besides downloaded file's context menu. I suggest to fix this inconsistency (the first 3 attachments).

2) Download bar merges with a website content

It's very difficult to distinguish downloads panel with a website content. I suggest to add a shadow or a some line at the top of the panel, like the line that separates search box and website content. (the last two attachments).

I like the 1st suggestion, the icons missing there should be added, but IMO the fact that download bar blends in with the web content is nice and won't cause distractions
