I would like to suggest that there should also be a custom link made for the Updated dev channel update post similar to the top feedback summary post which has a custom link - https://aka.ms/MSEdgeTopFeedback
This would make things a lot easier to go to the updated post directly through the address bar and will also make it easy where the Updated Dev Channel Update link is to be attested in different conversations for reference to the latest Dev Channel Update post.
