SS42: Add end-to-end encyption

Hello Insiders,

I have a suggestion (thanks to @ragingrei)!

Suggestion (SS): 42 Classification: Encryption in Edge

We should be able to have end-to-end encryption in Edge.

According to ragingrei, Chrome, Firefox, and Opera all have end-to-end encryption. Why can't the Edge team implement this too?

no you don't tag the staff and i'm for it ONLY if it work passwordless (and how they will do that, their job not mine), but a notification on my phone can be cool.
