I have a suggestion.
Suggestion (SS): 39 Classification: Web Captures in Microsoft Edge
Priority in my opinion: 8 on a scale from 1 (low) to 10 (high)

We should be able to create a border for Web Captures, including the ability to shadow the edges.

Note: Border is messy because I manually drew the border with Web Capture inking.
