SOLVED: I can no longer resize the area to be copied

I only noticed a problem now, after weeks when the "Capture Area" option started to display a capture editing screen at the end of the capture by releasing the mouse button. The problem is that it is no longer possible to resize the area, because as soon as you release the mouse button the editing screen appears:

It would be interesting to allow changes as was possible in previous versions, let the user change the dimensions of the area if he wants and only after clicking on "Copy" then the copied area would be opened in the editing screen.
