Similar UI of scrollbar throughout Microsoft Edge

We should not have different UI of the scrollbar in Microsoft Edge Chromium and there should be similar UI of scrollbar throughout Edge as I am seeing new UI of the scrollbar in collections menu and new tab page from the UI of scrollbar used for webpages which is the default for Windows 10. I would recommend the new scrollbar UI.New Scrollbar UI is used in collection menu while old Scrollbar is used in webpagesNew Scrollbar is used in NTP

They are the same scrollbars. on NTP it's bigger and on Collections it's smaller, but the design and UI is the same. difference in size is because NTP has more space than Collections panel so the elements in there are bigger respectively.

website scrollbars shouldn't be added to the mix, because each website developer has control over their website's scrollbar.
