On our streaming platform, DASH streams have had a 900% increased rate of in stream crashes since Edge version 96.0.1054.29, with MSE error code 3 (MEDIA_ERR_DECODE) and the error message:
"PIPELINE_ERROR_DECODE: MediaFoundationRendererClient disconnected".
It started around November 21, 2021.
