Sidebar, when click one resizeble app then another not resisbale app all pages can be clicked in top

I'm using Mac Ventura 13.2.1 (22D68)

Microsoft EdgeVersion 111.0.1661.54 (Official build) (arm64)

When I click one application that reduce the screen and then one application that is over the screen the zone top right of the browser inside the all pages are imposible to click
