Showing the full URL

It would be nice if Edge offered a way to always display the full URLs instead of just on hover. Chrome added this option when you right-click on the address bar and Safari has the preference Show full website address under Advanced

and it's unrelated, full URL is shown, I'm not talking about scaling.

I wanted OP to show how their experience looks like.

You can also try to click on mouse wheel on address bar

I assume you're on Mac, right?

have you enabled any flags in Edge? edge://flags/

Which channel/version of Edge are you using? edge://settings/help

Has it always been like that or did it start behaving like that after a certain update/version?
