Scrollbars do not update when zooming with touchscreen or touchpad

This issue is not specific to Edge, it is a Chromium issue, but Google is really dragging their feet on this one, so can Microsoft please get this one done? The "old" Edge does this perfectly...  Here is the Chromium bug https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=456861

I apologize for this taking so long to get you a response.  I think this may have already been corrected in recent updates.  Please let me know if it seems otherwise.

issue is still present in Canary. Apparently it depends on this? https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=661236
