Scroll button Mode selector is broken

Once upon a time this was OK with 3 or 4 additional choices listed.  I am not sure since exactly how (fairly) recently, but, now, one cannot make any changes.  It is the same in all Channels.

@Drew1903 looks like I can repro this too Drew (although it's a little interesting that my dropdown boxes are completely invisible, whereas yours are black).  I also tried it in Chrome's Canary, and the same thing happens there.  It does not happen in Chrome's stable install though, which means this is something that got broken in upstream Chromium, and will eventually be fixed there, and just like we received the break from them, we'll also receive the fix.  I have no idea about how soon to expect it though.

Ok, Josh; well, thanks for the response & story.  Just a matter of time, would seem, then.  Would it/could it be because I'm on Dark Theme (just a shot in the dark )
