Hey there, sorry for the late reply but I didn't want to leave you hanging!
This isn't an issue with the browser, the video player you're viewing doesn't allow the save as option and the browser respects that setting. You'll find the same issue with other browsers with the same video player. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news on this!
