If there is an update to Edge after checking using "About Microsoft Edge", when I click the restart button, the restart opens both one of my installed Edge apps, pinned to the taskbar, and a new Edge browser window.
The About page shows up in the app window instead of the browser window and the browser window opens the New Tab Page instead of the On startup page.
The restart button should not access an installed app, it should only open a browser window.
This behavior of opening an app happens in both Canary, most recently when updating to Version 86.0.621.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit), and Stable, most recently when updating to Version 85.0.564.41 (Official build) (64-bit).
