RESOLVED: Failed to get file list on restore

I had to factory reset my Samsung S20. I installed Launcher to restore my Launcher settings and get that error: Failed to get file list.

I discovered the answer yesterday. Launcher backups are stored as Arrow Backup zip files in Onedrive. I had previously deleted these from Onedrive as I didn't recognize them. Once I restored them - POOF - all of my backups appeared and I successfully restored Launcher.
