To add some context: our feedback system is quite complex due to its size and security functionalities, so I don't know how readily that could translate to the mobile experience. However, I'll pass this on to our Mobile team and let you know if they have any insights!

@TheShaunSaw Update: after checking in with the team, they've confirmed that the mobile feedback functionality does support emails, so it looks like you're encountering a bug. I'll follow-up and see what the options are from here.
