Replace v8 with Chakra Core in Chromium Edge

Chakra Core is the JavaScript engine previously used by Microsoft Edge, it provides lower memory allocation and faster speed than v8. It's attractive.

I hope that the new Chromium based Edge could use Chakra Core as its scripting engine in the future, and continue using chromium as its rendering engine.

Also, this will accelerate the development process of Chakra Core.

Chromium is not a rendering engine, Blink is.

Also is there any proof or benchmark showing that Chakra core is actually better than V8 (latest ver)?
