Hello. I'd like to receive notifications from web sites when the browser is closed. such an opportunity is available in google chrome and old Microsoft edge. also I want to receive notifications from the site if it is installed as a pwa app. to make notifications even if the app is closed. for example I have a twitter from the Microsoft store. There come notifications. if I install twitter in Microsoft edge notifications will not come with a closed app.
