I'm in dark mode. Canary 84.0.484.0

When opening Read Aloud, white line appears in the aninmation.

And unable to turn off read aloud.

@TrueGame Thanks for making that video, it was really helpful! If you haven't yet, can you please try this on the latest version of Canary? And if it's still happening, can you please submit feedback through the browser?
