"This page is having a problem" on every URL

I'm seeing this on every URL, including the settings page.  What happened and how do I fix it?

@Doug Varner Have you tried rebooting your machine?  Re-Installing Edge?

Yah ! am also facing same issue on incognito windows some times, when i restart edge dev browser it works. 

why this problem ?

The edge browser auto upgrade while background. if, you restart edge browser the installation finished. then it will works fine.

@logeshpalani30  Rebooting the Device seems have fixed it for today.  I'll keep an eye on it.
