Quick Links not working properly

I had all my Quick Links set up exactly as I wanted them. Now suddenly several of my Quick Links have disappeared and I'm not able to add any new ones. I can go through the process of adding one but nothing happens. This just happened this morning.

Hello, now there are two lines of quick links, you must activate the 2 lines to review the rest of your links!

Well that worked well while it lasted. Now I can't get two lines of Quick Links to work anymore. It was good and since yesterday it's just quit.
