We are using Azure DevOps in our company where all employees are added as users using the company email. Until now everything was working for us when suddenly we encountered an error where the new employees could not open a Microsoft account to sign in to Azure DevOps.
The process is as usual, the employee is added to the organization in Azure DevOps with its company mail. After that, the employee receives an email with invitation to Join the organization.
The employee is redirected to the Microsoft sign-in site by clicking on the Join now. By providing the company mail the response is clear that there is no existing Microsoft account.
The next step is to create one but we have the following dead end and going round and round in circles.
So far we have successfully registered over 50 employees with the company mail, but now we are getting this issue.
