Problem Report: Desktop Shortcut created in lowercase

If I delete the Microsoft Edge shortcut in Public Desktop folder after installation and before first run, Microsoft Edge will create a shortcut on the Desktop folder of the current user profile in lowercase, i.e. "microsoft edge.lnk", during first run.

Which channel are you using?
have you reported it using Feedback button on Edge as well?

@HotCakeX I am using the MSI installer of stable channel (version 81).

I have not reported using the feedback button yet.
