Password not saved

In last update the passwords for new sites are not asked to save, over all if that not have a valid certificate.

Hi, I triyed with the final release and beta Versión 80.0.361.32 (Compilación oficial) beta (64 bits), all options are enabled

@gerardjm I'm seeing this problem too. Intranet sites that use http are not asking to save passwords. This used to work and it works in Chrome.
