[PARTIALLY FIXED] DoH (DNS Over HTTPS) does not work in Microsoft Edge Stable

Brass Contributor

edge://flags/#dns-over-https is enabled en Microsoft Edge Stable, but if you test DoH here: https://www.cloudflare.com/ssl/encrypted-sni/ and here: https://www.dnsleaktest.com/ you can notice that DoH is not working at all in Microsoft Edge Stable.

UPDATE: now DoH is working in Edge 86 Stable, but partially only, because the option for Encrypted SNI is still not present.

@MELERIX Google 85 stable has the same issue

Not truly, you have to use the DNS servers of Cloudflare to perform the test with https://www.cloudflare.com/ssl/encrypted-sni/

Is your router/computer using different set of DNS servers?
are you using VPN? that will not let websites detect it.

@MELERIX

Have you tried it with the DNS servers of Cloudflare

@Delosgaia how, if there are no options inside Edge to change DoH provider (like in Firefox).

ok, now DoH is working in Edge 86 Stable, but partially only, because the option for Encrypted SNI is still not present.
