The Open Tabs sync feature is now available on Edge for Android. Just received it yesterday and it works great!

Similarly, the Open Tab entries from phone are also synced to the desktop versions:
This is a great addition to Sync and will make picking up sessions between devices easier and faster. I will also recommend adding the ability to delete the open tabs on a particular device if I open it on another, say for example if I open an open tab from my phone on my PC, the tab can be deleted manually by us.
