Offline Kindle Cloud (read.amazon.com) does not work under Edge(ium),works after switching UserAgent

Pretty much title.

Offline Cloud gives this when trying to enable Offline support. It does however when switching Useragent to Chrome or Firefox. I suppose it is because currently Edge(ium) uses Edg instead of Edge?

I have the same problem. The error message I get is:

Unable to Enable Offline Support

This version of Google Chrome does not support the current Chrome Extension format. Update Google Chrome to enable offline support.
