I am running the following:

  • Beta (Version 79.0.309.30 (Official build) beta (64-bit))
  • Dev (Version 80.0.334.3 (Official build) dev (64-bit))
  • Canary (Version 80.0.341.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit))

Issue manifests on Canary and Dev Builds (Beta is Stable) Issue only manifests when Profile Sync is enabled. Browsers will close within roughly 30 seconds from start.

 

OS Type: Win10 Pro 64bit 19H2 Build 18363.476

AV: Windows Defender

Anti Malware: Malwarebytes (Premier) build 3.8.3

 

Attached is the event logs.. not much helpful there though..

please update your canary and check again, Version 80.0.344 just released after 3 days

@HotCakeX it appears that Canary Build Version 80.0.344.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) is stable.
