The typical windows application behavior is to remember not only the last window size on close, but also the last window state (minimized/maximized). Edge and the Chrome family of browsers are saving only the last window' size on close and not the state. As a result, when a new window is opened, while the current window is minimized, the new window is opened as non-maximized window with it's last saved size, and that can be really annoying sometimes.

Any plans on fixing that?
