New Tab Page - Search engine now forced to bing

How do I make the new tab page use google search?  I use the focused new Tab page because its simple no bloat but I just noticed that the search now forces bing.  How can this be changed back to google?

Hi,
the search bar at the Middle of the New Tab Page Can't be changed to any other search engines than Bing at this moment
right now the latest Edge insider version is Version 79.0.307.0.

it's been suggested before so it's up to the developers now to do it, or not.
