I think you have more information about this issue in the video but I cannot see it because the video is private on YouTube which means that only those people can watch who have been given permission by the uploader in the video setting page of that certain video.
I can tell you that there is no need to upload the video on YouTube as Microsoft Tech Community supports certain video extensions on their website. What you need to do is you need to click the browse button as shown below and browse your video file and upload it. The video will be shown as link-based attachment at the bottom of your post.
