Is this a new feature you can pin a site to startmenu or tskbar and used to be only with the wizard. 

Dont' know who wanted this to be there but it is here.

No it's not new, had it for months. controlled feature rollout

Yes desktop pinning is missing. dragging shortcut from start menu to desktop is hit and miss.
