In the Canary build 78.0.250.1, I have tried to login to 2 different profiles with two different Azure AD accounts.
One profile with the Azure AD account, I'm logged on to my computer with, then the second profile with an azure AD account, from another tenant which the computer dosn't know.
And the sync errors, an when going to a microsoft account, it still thinks i'm the "Logged on the computer" identity, and not the identity i'm logged on to the profile with.
Hope it makes sense.

Found that the issues wasn't multiple accounts, but a problem with the second account.

Solution
