Moving my camera with php

Oh what have you done!! Moving my camera doesn't work anymore!! Here is an example of not working:

<button class="button" onmousedown="window.open('pltcam1-move.php?command=ptzGotoPresetPoint%26name%3DSwing','testframe','','')">Swing</button>

This was working fine until this release. And it also no longer works in the latest canary release...

This is the console error that I'm getting:

Uncaught TypeError: Failed to execute 'open' on 'Window': cannot convert to dictionary.
at HTMLButtonElement.onmousedown (pltcam1-live-alt.html:46)

Any help??

Ok, a little more info. If I change the 'window.open' to just 'open', then it works.
Any help?
