Move address bar and it's keyboard shortcut ?

How can I move the address bar to the bottom of edge; while having favorites at the top of the browser window ? 

And what is the keyboard short-cut to automatically access the address bar ?

That doesn't move it; it just selects it so I can enter in a new address :|
