Microsoft Edge restoring PWAs on startup even when they were closed before shutting down

Hi!  

Many times when I close my PWAs and shut down my laptop, after startup the PWAs again get launched without clicking on them. Ideally, this shouldn't happen.

Is anyone else also facing the same issue?

Or if anyone has a solution then plz do share it with me.

I have set it to "Open a new tab".

@Ekansh0202 hmm. That's unexpected. What version of Windows and build of Edge are you on?

I am on Windows version 1909.

Also, I am facing this issue on edge stable version 83.0.478.44
