Microsoft Edge Dev Favorites not sticky

When using Microsoft Edge Dev the favorites always revert back to the top of the favorites listing. If you have a long list of favorites that you are going through sequentially you have to continually scroll from the top to move on to the next favorite. It is especially annoying when you have a long list of favorites and you get close to the bottom of the list. Regular Microsoft Edge, not the Dev version, does not have this problem
