Right-Click does not work.... opens a blank pop-up window. Completely unusable.
I had to remove Edge Dev as my default browser for now.

Do you happen to have any third party protection software on your computer that could have accidentally blocked or removed content after the update? (Malware, Antivirus, and Firewall)
Do the same results happen to Edge Canary also?
