Microsoft Edge Appearance Theme Resets Every Time It Is Closed

I have this issue that, every time I close the Microsoft Edge, the browser resets the theme to light theme and I have to go to edge://settings/appearance to reset it to Dark.

Has anyone faced this issue? It does not break functionality but it's really annoying.

I want to specify that I am using Microsoft Edge Stable for Linux.

I also get this issue with the Flatpak version of Edge.
