Due to the change in the timeline of Manifest V2 in Chrome, will the timeline for Manifest V2 in EDGE be changed

It looks like there are plans to change the timeline for Edge, but there's nothing concrete yet. Here's the best I could find:

"Chrome has revised the timeline for Manifest V2 sunset, and we are about to update this article to reflect that change."
